He was born in January 1966 in Tehran. In 1989, he graduated in civil engineering.
He started his professional activity in 1989 at the same time in Tehran Metro Company and in Space Structures Company as a designer.
In 1993, he worked as a designer for 4 years in Pasilo Consulting Engineers Company
From 1997 to 2002, as a structural consultant, he performed all the structural designs of the General Directorate of Endowments and Charity Affairs of Tehran Province.
Since 2002, as the CEO, he founded Istaban Consulting Engineers Company.
